2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period for Consumers)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including standard shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Conditions for Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product must be complete with all supplied accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Returned in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to assess it as you would in a physical store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Returns are free of charge<\/strong> for consumers.
    After registering your return, you will receive return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We may withhold reimbursement until:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Items made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Digital Products and Software<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you waive your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sealed Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or safety reasons once unsealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Defective or Incorrect Products (Legal Warranty)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You are entitled to receive a product that conforms to the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If your product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described, you are entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This return policy complies with Dutch and European consumer law and fully applies to consumers within the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For customers outside the EU (including Canada and the United States), we voluntarily offer the same return conditions unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. Business Customers (B2B)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
