Return & Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Avionicscraft.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period for Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including standard shipping costs.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be complete with all supplied accessories
- Returned in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible
- The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to assess it as you would in a physical store
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free of charge for consumers.
After registering your return, you will receive return instructions.
5. Refunds
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned product, or
- you have provided proof of return shipment
Whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exchanges
Product exchanges are possible.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom or Personalized Products
Items made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Digital Products and Software
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you waive your right of withdrawal.
Sealed Products
Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or safety reasons once unsealed.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products (Legal Warranty)
You are entitled to receive a product that conforms to the agreement.
If your product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described, you are entitled to:
- repair, or
- replacement, or
- refund if repair or replacement is not possible

9. International Orders (Outside the EU)
This return policy complies with Dutch and European consumer law and fully applies to consumers within the EU.
For customers outside the EU (including Canada and the United States), we voluntarily offer the same return conditions unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
10. Business Customers (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
Different return conditions may apply to business customers.
